Health & Wellness Classes

Yoga will be on hiatus over the summer.  We wish to thank Sam Deakin for sharing her practice with us and look forward to her classes in the fall.  We want to extend our thanks to Erin Osborne who has been teaching Postnatal Fitness, Prenatal Fitness & Bootcamp and wish her all the best for her move to her new home.

Evergreen Line Parking – Share your input on options to manage on-street parking

Monday, June 27th from 7 – 9 pm, 125 Kyle Street

Increased demand for parking in the neighbourhoods (including Klahanie) surrounding the stations in Port Moody is anticipated upon opening of the new EGL Skytrain station. To help prepare, the City would like your input on the options for managing on-street parking.  If you can’t attend the open house, visit the project page at www.portmoody.ca/parking starting on June 24 to learn more about the proposed options and leave your comments. The deadline for public input is Sunday, July 10, 2016.

 

September Block Party

Planning has commenced! Schedule for Saturday, September 10th it promises to be an exciting event this year, complete with favourites such as the dog show, bike parade, wooden boat making and barbecue. There will be some new features this year and the Can-Can dancers will return!  There will be a temporary road closure on the day of the event.
